Oct 20, 2016 · A. User. Replied on October 21, 2016. Report abuse. I am running Windows 10 with Office 365 and recently purchased MS Project 2010. I can create a Project Schedule and print it in final (one page) form correctly; however, when I convert to a pdf, it is multiple pages. Help!
Select the PDF file you want to convert to MPP by clicking on it. After selecting the PDF file, click on the More button located at the top right corner of the page. From the dropdown menu, choose Convert to MPP. A new window will open where you can customize the conversion settings.

Jul 8, 2016 · Here’s how to do it: Open the MS Project file you want to convert and click File. Click Export and then Save Project as File. Click Microsoft Excel Workbook and the Save As dialog box will appear. Name the file (we’re naming ours “RFP project Excel”) and click Save. The Project Export Wizard will open.
Click any Document Export Options you want to use and click the OK button. The new PDF version of the MS Project file will be in the saved location, and it will include only the information selected in Print options. Follow the same steps to convert MS Project reports to PDF.

Click Save. The Document Export Options dialog box will appear. Select your options: Choose to save the entire plan or only a date range to PDF.
