Abdul Rahman bin Ya'kub (Jawi: عبدالرحمن بن يعقوب; 3 January 1928 – 9 January 2015) was a Malaysian politician of Melanau descent from Mukah. He was the third Chief Minister of Sarawak and the fourth Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak (Governor of Sarawak).

From 1959 until 1963, Tun served as the Sarawak Legislative Officer before he resigned and became actively involved in politics.

Jan 9, 2015 · KUCHING: Former Sarawak Governor and Chief Minister Tun Abdul Rahman Ya'kub passed away on Friday after a long illness. He was 87. His son-in-law, Datuk Justine Jinggut, said family members, including children and grandchildren, were at his bedside when he breathed his last at the Normah Medical Specialist Centre here at about 9.35pm.
