Jan 1, 2018 · Travelled Oman Air Business Class. Disappointed. The materials used to build the cubicle were cheap and nasty. Cheap 4 x 4 wood with at least one head of a screw rusted. The loudly promoted bed was uncomfortable and was less comfortable than a cheap end camp bed bought at HomeBase. Luxury this was not.

One ‘free’ date change scam. I bought my air ticket London to Muscat thru the Omanair website - paying about £150 more than I would if booked thru a travel agent. This is because they state ‘one free date change’. However when I requested a return date change the fee was 114 RO (£230) so called ’fare difference’.
