It's Rocky on an Elstree budget, and given a British setting. Straight away it's painfully obvious Orlando Bloom can't act, and probably wasn't even allowed to act by the director. After that initial realization, for the next 88 minutes you're waiting for something, anything to happen at least - but the movie fails to deliver that as well.
