Pemerintah Singapura menghormati jasa-jasa Yusof Ishak dan mengabadikannya sebagai nama sebuah masjid di Woodlands. Selain itu, nama yusof Ishak juga diabadikan sebagai nama institutsi riset yang mengkaji negara-negara di Asia Tenggara, yaitu ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute.
