Jun 27, 2022 · Have the same problem...the user that create the Form is global admin in O365 but still cant add an option "Upload File"...every time i try the "Access denied" is thrown. The setting are "Only people in my organization can respond" in Forms and i checked if a setting exist in sharepoint for this but found nothing.

Basically is a limitation, but I suggest you to send your feedback to PG (product group) through the Microsoft Form UserVoice, is the way to communicate with them, they always see ideas and suggestions from community users in order to improve the app.
Nov 11, 2021 · Does anyone know how to enable a restriction on file / mime types that can be uploaded into SharePoint, from an Advanced Form?The document subgrid is in a form tab that is mapped to an Advanced Form Step, which has a subgrid metadata item against it. I would like to restrict document uploads to 'image/jpeg' files. Thanks.
Dec 15, 2023 · People granted access to a Microsoft Teams team or Microsoft 365 group have edit access to files in the associated SharePoint site. If the group or team is private, sharing invitations to join the team go to the owner for approval. Admins can disable guest access or use sensitivity labels to prevent access by people from outside the organization.
Mar 16, 2023 · In an educational environment we too have the need to upload STL,3MF or any 3D print files, plus drawing files such as (DWG,DXF etc). As you will appreciate to make the most of Forms and Teams it would be very useful to allow students to upload their work which includes the above file types and a few others.
