3 days ago · I totally get how you feel! While I don't have any inside info, I can share what I've noticed: Microsoft Rewards has been popping up in more countries lately. That's a good sign! They seem to be testing things out, seeing what works in different places. There's no official word on when (or if) it'll be available worldwide, but fingers crossed!
Jun 23, 2024 · You can skip those gray boxes as they are only applicable based on the category you chose at the beginning. If you click the gray area and nothing happens, you can skip those and fill in the white areas instead. I hope you get a quick response from Rewards team and that the issue gets properly checked by them.
Jun 22, 2024 · Normally, you will receive a confirmation email, or the gift code will be listed on your order history within a day after redeeming the reward. If you haven't received the gift code after 24 hours, I recommend reaching out to reward support so that they will be able to validate your account and address the issue.
