Suddenly I can't access my inbox, even though my account shows as active. The check email link just takes me to the page that tells me how to access it. Xfinity Assistant is useless, as is the phone bot.

We tried for an hour and a half working on it. Was even unable to create a new email address to see if that worked. Nope did not. There is something going on in the mail server.
