I can't understand all the bad reviews for the Lion Air flights, we fly from Bali to Flores and back with Batik Air, Wings Air and Asia Air and all three was very good. All flights was in time and the service was good too. Easy to check in online and even to chat with.

Despite being aware of the rather negative reviews, I decided to experience it for myself since the price-performance ratio (value for money) was significantly better than other airlines.
