  1. You can troubleshoot payment issues with your Google One plan due to regional restrictions, banking issues specific to your country, or issues with storage space. Use another payment method. If possible, try using a different payment method. On your computer, go to your Google Play account. Click Add a payment method.

  6. Cancel your Google One plan. To stop payments for Google One and end your membership: On your computer, go to Google One. Click Settings Cancel membership. To confirm, click Cancel membership. You should get a confirmation that your subscription is cancelled.

  7. Fill in new payment method. Change, update or add payment method. If you recently added a new credit card, you may have to update the information on your account. Go to Google Pay. Click Payment methods. Next to the card that you want to edit, click Edit. Enter the expiration date and CVC found on the card.
