Jun 24, 2024 · First, check if your web-based outlook account can be logged in properly. In case that it works, you can proceed as follows: Go to Settings>>Accounts>>Email & accounts, you should be able to see all the Microsoft accounts you have logged into locally, I recommend that you delete them all and try logging in again to see if it works.

Go to Finder>Applications>Utilities>Keychain Access and remove the following password entries: Microsoft Office Identities Cache 2 and Microsoft Office Identities Settings 2.
