On your computer, make sure that you are signed in to your Google Account. In a browser, go to one.google.com. At the top, click Upgrade. Choose your new storage limit. Review the new plan pricing and payment date, then click Continue. To confirm your Google One plan, select your payment method and click Subscribe.
