Jun 17, 2024 · Then I logged in to my correct account in Windows 11, but here again I can't log in to Word. Unfortunately, logging in between Windows 11 accounts on your computer makes your work very difficult and this is not a solution to the problem.

Jun 6, 2024 · Step 1: Sign out of Office and then sign back in. Sign out of Microsoft Office using any Office product: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Select File, and then select Account. Select Sign out. Close the Office product and then restart it. Select File, and then select Account. Select Sign in and use your credentials to sign back in.

Jun 17, 2024 · Volunteer Moderator. Replied on June 17, 2024. Report abuse. Same issue as those describing above. The word.exe file has disappeared. Excel is here, so when I launch it, it asks for my login information. After entering it, it take me online to the Microsoft 365 website.
