I know you can edit HDR files in Photoshop 2024 but I've yet to try it and unclear whether the results will be satisfactory. I'm looking for something dedicated to modifying HDRI (Or EXR) environment maps.
I'm looking for hdri:s in hdr/exr like this one. I'm having a hard time finding these spherical hdri:s of cities. They doesn't exist on the usual sites like https://hdri-skies.com/ and https://polyhaven.com/
