Biography by AllMovie. British director/screenwriter Duncan Gibbins started out as an actor on radio and television. He also was a journalist. Before coming to the U.S. in the mid-1980s, he produced and directed documentaries for the BBC and made music videos for such groups as the Eurythmics.
