Mark Bomback, the Major League Baseball player, was born on Tuesday, April 14, 1953, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Bomback was 25 years old when he broke into the major leagues on September 12, 1978, with the Milwaukee Brewers.
Mark Bomback was the Opening Day starting pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1982. He would be released during that summer, his final major league season.
