Jim P. Zheng (M'87–SM'13) received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo, NY, USA, in 1990. He has worked at US Army Research Laboratory, Fort Monmouth, NJ, USA.

Biography. Jianping Zheng received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in information and communication engineering from Xidian University in 2003, 2006, and 2008, respectively. From 2010 to 2011, he was a Research Fellow with the PWTC Laboratory, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
