Douglas Albert Guest CVO (9 May 1916 – 18 November 1996) was an English organist, conductor, teacher and composer best known for his 1971 anthem for remembrance, For the Fallen.

Douglas Guest. Musician and Composer. The ashes of Dr Douglas Guest are buried in the west cloister of Westminster Abbey. His wife Peggie is buried with him. The stone is between that of Sir William McKie, his predecessor, and Osborne Peasgood. The inscription reads:

As part of the residency, the CCCC has commissioned an original musical composition that will become a new 45-minute chapter in Roberts’s COIN COIN series project.
