Samuel (Sam) van den Bergh (Oss, 6 april 1864 – Nice, 4 februari 1941) was een Nederlandse ondernemer en politicus, afkomstig uit een sinds de 18e eeuw in Noord-Brabant wonende Joodse familie. Hij was een van de belangrijkste Europese margarine producenten van de vroege twintigste eeuw en stond mede aan de wieg van het bekende concern Unilever .
Simon Van den Bergh was a butter merchant, who with the help of his seven sons built a thriving butter trade from the Dutch town of Oss. It was the invention of the butter substitute margarine which changed the family fortunes.
