Anne’s PhD focused on the treatment of perfectionism to improve symptoms of eating disorders, anxiety and depression. Her research since then has included the development and evaluation of interventions for the prevention and treatment of eating disorders, and interventions to improve mental health and wellbeing.
My primary research interests are in the area of eating disorders including treatment, prevention and aetiology. I am particularly interested in the impact of perfectionism on eating disorders as both a risk factor and target for treatment.
