Kajsa Maria Næss (født 1970) er en norsk filmregissør og animatør. Hun er utdannet ved animasjonslinjen Høgskulen i Volda. Sammen med Liv Berit Helland og Lise Fearnle startet hun animasjonsstudioet Mikrofilm i 1996. Hun har skrevet, animert og regissert flere kortfilmer, og har mottatt flere priser for sine filmer.

Titina is a 2022 Norwegian-Belgian animated feature directed by Kajsa Næss. The film was produced by Mikrofilm producers Tonje Skar Reiersen and Lise Fearnley, in co-production with Viviane Vanfleteren from Vivi Film.
