The Ablist was coined by John Carluccio (Director of the DJ Documentary Battle Sounds ). To John, the term “Ablist” spoke to me being an “able artist”. The kind who’s “abilities” in a given field, DJing in this case, span the spectrum of creativity. Hence, why John suggested I named my first The Ablist. As if to say the able one. I loved it!
