Dato' Wee Kheng Chiang (Cina ringkas: 黄庆昌; Cina tradisional: 黃慶昌; pinyin: Huáng Qìng Chāng; 22 Julai 1890 – 1978) merupakan seorang ahli perniagaan Malaysia dari Sarawak. Beliau ialah pengasas United Overseas Bank (UOB), dahulu dikenali sebagai United Chinese Bank, dan bapa kepada Wee Cho Yaw .
