許鞍華， BBS ， MBE （英語： Ann Hui ，1947年5月23日 — ）， 香港 電影導演 、 監製 、 編劇 ，出生於 遼寧 鞍山 ，是 香港電影新浪潮 代表人物。 電影作品涉獵多種不同範疇，包括文學改編、武俠巨著、半自傳體、女性議題、社會現象、政治變遷、以至驚慄電影 [1] ，曾六次獲得 香港電影金像獎最佳導演 （ 1983年 、 1996年 、 2009年 、 2012年 、 2015年 、 2018年 ），三次獲得 台灣電影金馬獎 最佳導演（ 1999年 、 2011年 和 2014年 ），是金像獎最佳導演紀錄保持者，也是金馬獎最佳導演次數最多的四人之一（另三為 李行 、 杜琪峯 與 侯孝賢 ），曾任香港導演會會長。 2011年獲 亞洲電影大獎 頒發終生成就獎。
