Dimitris Papamichael (1934-2004) was a Greek actor, art director and singer who starred in many films and plays. He was married to Aliki Vougiouklaki and performed songs such as "I agapi thelei dyo" and "Tou peristeri".
Dimitris Papamichael was born in 1934, in Piraeus, Greece. He studied acting at the Drama School of the National Greek Theater, where he made his stage debut in 1955 in Euripides' "Hecuba" and interpreted several important roles during 1955-1960: Treplev in Anton Chekhov's "The Seagull", Jimmy Porter in John Osborne's "Look Back in Anger" etc.

Πρωταγωνίστησε σε αρκετές ταινίες που σημάδεψαν τη «χρυσή εποχή» του ελληνικού κινηματογράφου . Παιδικά Χρόνια. Γεννήθηκε στις 29 Αυγούστου του 1934 στον Πειραιά.
Demetris Papamichael is Director of Medical Oncology at the Bank of Cyprus Oncology Centre in Nicosia, a post he has held since 1999. He is also an Assistant Professor at St. George’s Medical School, University of London at the University of Nicosia Campus.
