The Immortal Memory is a toast given by Arthur Conan Doyle at the Burns Club Dinner in Edinburgh (Scotland, UK) on 23 march 1901. The speech was warmly applauded and the chairman suggested that it should be printed "in a form that could be bound up with the menu card". It was then printed and published by R.
