Jake Funk (born January 11, 1998) is an American football running back for the Detroit Lions of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Maryland. In Maryland's four games during the 2020 season, which was shortened due to COVID-19, Funk averaged 129 rushing yards per game.
The Los Angeles Rams selected Maryland running back Jake Funk with the 233rd overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft. The 5-foot-10, 205-pound Funk was a Third Team All-Big Ten selection as a redshirt senior in 2020 after rushing 60 times for 516 yards and three touchdowns in five games.
