José Delgado Saldaña (born December 10, 1977) is a Mexican professional wrestler (or luchador) best known by his ring name Mr. Águila in Mexican wrestling promotions CMLL and AAA. Outside Mexico, Saldaña is best known for his work as Essa Ríos in the WWF .
He is best known for his work in the World Wrestling Federation (WWF) as Essa Rios and Papi Chulo. He has also worked for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) in the US, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) and Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) in Mexico as Mr. Águila .
