Lee Jae-dong (born 9 January 1990), who plays simply under the name Jaedong, is a South Korean professional StarCraft: Brood War player and former StarCraft II player, playing most recently for team Evil Geniuses prior to his StarCraft II retirement. After retiring from StarCraft II, Jaedong returned to playing SC:BW.

After switching to StarCraft II and playing for Evil Geniuses for 4 years, he retired on November 1, 2016 [1].
Jaedong was one of the best players of the Brood War era, gathering no less than six premier titles (three time OnGameNet Starleague champion, two time MBCGame StarCraft League champion, and one time World Cyber Games champion). On November 1st, 2016, Jaedong retired from competitive gaming.

He immediately impressed, winning the 2006 Rookie of the Year Award at the 2nd Annual Korea e-Sports Awards.
