Sunrise Christian Academy is a college-preparatory, nondenominational, K4-12 Christian school founded in 1983 by Dr. Robert Lindsted. It has over 500 students on a 18-acre campus and graduates 45-50 seniors each year.
Sunrise Academy was inaugurated as the first full-time chartered Islamic school in central Ohio in 1996 under the Islamic Society of Greater Columbus (ISGC) umbrella. The school is located in Hilliard, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus.
ADMISSIONS. Sunrise Christian Academy desires that the local church, the family, and the Christian school all work together in close harmony. As a result, we seek those families that have a real desire to raise their children based on the Bible.
