Late one night, chaos erupts in their home as Denny is abruptly arrested for the murder of a man named Wayne Kennedy in a killing in Oregon nearly 27 years earlier. In shock, Barbara visits Denny in jail where he has plead "not guilty" to the charges, claiming he has never been in Oregon.
