Synopsis. When the Hong Kong government enacts a ban on smoking cigarettes indoors, hard-core smokers are driven outside and a budding romance develops between two co-workers.
As office smokers now take their cigarette breaks outside, a mild-mannered advertising executive meets a cosmetics salesgirl as an awkward flirtation ensues. Since 2007, the Hong Kong health authorities have implemented an anti-smoking law that bans people from smoking in all indoor areas, including offices, restaurants, bars, and karaoke lounges.
