Tan Sri Dato' Seri Utama Dr. Rais bin Yatim (Jawi: رئيس بن يتيم; born 16 April 1942) is a Malaysian politician and lawyer who served as the 18th President of the Dewan Negara from September 2020 to June 2023, 8th Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan from 1978 to 1982 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Jelebu from November 1999 to May 2013.
Tan Sri Dato' Seri Utama Dr. Rais bin Yatim (lahir 15 April 1942) merupakan ahli politik Malaysia yang telah dilantik sebagai Yang di-Pertua Dewan Negara pada 2 September 2020 lalu. Sebelum itu, beliau ialah menteri di pelbagai kerajaan persekutuan dari 1974 hingga 2013 dan Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan dari 1978-1982.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tan Sri Dr Rais Yatim will not renew his tenure as Dewan Negara president after his term expires on June 15. “I chose no extension. A new senate president will be appointed by members of the Dewan Negara a few days after June 15,” Rais told The Star.
