Sat Pal Mittal (1931 – 1992) was an Indian politician from Punjab. He was a councillor of municipal corporation. He was a member of the Punjab Legislative Council (1964–70) and a Deputy Minister in the Government of Punjab.
Sat Paul Mittal National Award (Platinum) is given every year to an individual (s) and institution (s) rendering outstanding service to humanity and carries an amount of Rs 5 lacs each. This award category was previously known as Sat Paul Mittal National Award.
