Darren inherits from his great-aunt a jar with a human brain, the one from a brilliant doctor who died in 1793. Dr Hunsecker invented the device and had his brain stored in it upon his death. To his girlfriend Emma's dismay, Darren devotes his full attention to the brain jar until he gets Dr Hunsecker revived.
