Nov 8, 2023 · You can submit your refund request by clicking on the “ Chat with Bo ” icon or the chat bubble located at the bottom right of the Customer Support page. If you booked a flight with a travel agency, please contact your respective travel agency to facilitate with your refund request.
In the situation where you did not board the flight, you may request for a refund on the Airport Tax paid, within six (6) months after the scheduled date of flight departure. You have the option of an AirAsia Credit Account or back to the original mode of payment.
If your flight ticket is not issued within this time frame, please contact our customer service. When your Flight Booking is confirmed, you will receive a “Flight Booking Confirmed” email from us or our Travel Suppliers which will also include your travel itinerary.
