Use the Xfinity Voice Call Forwarding feature. How you forward calls depends on your Xfinity Voice subscription — in general, you can use your home phone or go online. Notes:
Call Forwarding Busy. Turn the Call Forwarding Busy feature On or Off. Select the Pencil icon to enter the destination phone number or extension to forward the incoming calls. Select the Checkmark to confirm. To activate Call Forwarding Busy from your phone, dial *90 and wait for the voice prompts.
