Datin Paduka Marina binti Tun Dr. Mahathir (born 11 May 1957) (Jawi: مرينة بنت محاضر) is a Malaysian socio-political activist and writer. She is the eldest child of the 4th and 7th Prime Minister of Malaysia, Tun Mahathir Mohamad and Siti Hasmah Mohamad Ali. She graduated from the University of Sussex.
Datin Paduka Marina binti Mahathir (lahir 11 Mei 1957) ialah seorang aktivis sosial Malaysia. Beliau mendapat gelaran Datin Paduka apabila beliau menerima anugerah Datuk Paduka Mahkota Selangor daripada Sultan Selangor pada tahun 1997.
Anak-anak beliau ialah Marina, Mirzan, Mahathir, Mokhzani, Mukhriz, Maizura dan Mazhar. Pada tahun 1957, beliau berhenti daripada perkhidmatan kerajaan untuk membuka kliniknya sendiri iaitu MAHA Klinik yang terletak di Jalan Tunku Ibrahim.
