  7. Yes, it is worth it. The issue is mainly for the job opportunities for the fresh grads. If you somehow manage to get into a job and stayed for 2 or 3 years, subsequent job searches are so much easier compared to when you were just graduated. As for small or big companies, there are pro and cons.
