Tun Dr. Ismail Al-Haj bin Dato' Haji Abdul Rahman (Jawi: إسماعيل بن عبدالرحمن ; 4 November 1915 – 2 Ogos 1973) merupakan bekas Timbalan Perdana Menteri kepada Perdana Menteri Malaysia yang kedua iaitu Tun Abdul Razak. Beliau juga mempunyai abang yang bernama Dato' Suleiman Abdul Rahman.
