During the summer peak, West Beach is only open to residents of Beverly Farms and Prides Crossing, through a beach pass and parking sticker.

Revolutionary War. Beverly citizens were well aware of the problems leading up to the war with England. In November 1774 they empowered the Selectmen to provide the town with a “Full Compliment of Arms and Ammunition.” They also supported a boycott of British goods.
