The Yves Cuilleron Gamay Les Vignes d'à Côté is 100% Gamay sourced from vines located on the Rhône Pilat plateau, an area rich in granatic and alluvial soil. In the vineyard treatments are limited as much as possible depending on the weather, no pesticides to preserve biodiversity and only organic fertilisers are used.
A perfect Northern Rhone Valley Gamay expression. Yves Cuilleron's Gamay is a pure delicacy, a light red wine, with beautiful aromas of small red fruits (strawberry and raspberry) and flowers (violet). Nice nose of red berries, raspberries, wild strawberry, some floral notes of peony and violet.

Brand Story. “For three generations, wine has been part of my family history, on my mother’s and father’s sides. My paternal grandfather established the estate in 1920, and in 1947 he began selling his wine bottled.
Rather unusually for this region, Yves Cuilleron has opted to cultivate the Gamay grape – with great success! It grows in granitic and alluvial soils, and is cultivated sustainably. The grapes are picked by hand, and sorted as they arrive at the cellar.
