Massey University (Māori: Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa) is a university based in New Zealand, with significant campuses in Auckland, Palmerston North, and Wellington. Massey University has approximately 27,533 students, 18,358 of whom study either partly or fully by distance.
Massey University's Manawatū campus is surrounded by farmland, most of it used as training farms. The school of Agriculture and Environment has over 2,000 hectares (4,900 acres) in eight farms around the campus.
