Ncell, also known as Ncell Axiata, is the largest mobile network operator in Nepal. Together with the state-owned Nepal Telecom it forms a near-duopoly in Nepal, with Smart (formerly Smartcell) having a small share. Axiata Group of Malaysia acquired Ncell in 2016 from the Swedish Telia Company.
