Nov 19, 2020 · I recently bought need for speed hot pursuit remastered and i installed the game. It loads but when i go to hit the button to advance it just takes me back to the xbox home screen everytime. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and doesnthe same thing every time.

I bought the NFS hot pursuit remastered and have not been able to play it for going on over a month since I bought it and since xbox doesn't offer much support this is my only saving grace.
Basically i bought a brand new copy of Needs for speed: Hot Pursuit which contained an online pass, when i entered the code it said it has already been used, its was in a sealed plastic cover unopened.
