This shopping centre has excellent access due its proximity to the TAMAN Jaya LRT Station and the Federal Highway. It has many shops dedicated to toys like video games and figurines. There are some old record shops, the tumasek pewter outlet a lower ground floor with some restaurants and supermarkets.
This mall is a heaven for collectors. Every sunday morning til late afternoon there is open table for people selling old and vintage stuff like laser disc, watches, postcard, toys (figurine and hotwheels), there is some foodcourt and cafe like starbucks, family mart and whatnot.
