We are proud to recognize individuals in The Boys’ Brigade in Malaysia, who have earned The Duke of Edinburgh International Award. Their commitment reflects both personal growth and dedication to the program’s values.
The Gold Award is the highest award given to a member of the Junior Section. Juniors, who are eligible for this award, have achieved all other awards in the Junior Section as well as completed the assessment, given by the Boys’ Brigade in Malaysia, which assesses the Juniors in the 4 core aspects of development.
It has the largest number of membership amongst the 4 Sections in The Boys’ Brigade in Malaysia. Through the proficiency awards scheme, our Members acquire skills and knowledge in various aspects of Leadership, Survival, National and Global Awareness and Community Spiritedness.
You can keep track of progress with awards for all members using the functionality within Online Brigade Manager, from there you can record completion of individual activities and the system will let you know when an award is due.

Each section within the Boys' Brigade has awards that can be gained by fulfilling achievements. Anchor Section. The Anchors can gain three badges: Green, Red and Blue triangles by completing a variety of activities in the areas of Body, Mind, Spirit, Community, and Creativity.
