The Founder’s Award is the highest award in the Boys’ Brigade. To attain this esteemed award, a fellow member aged between 12 and 20 is required to: Active participation in the Boys’ Brigade for a duration exceeding 3 years. Accomplish all four core awards. Attain a minimum of six proficiency awards at the basic level.
