The Nelson Mandela Moot Court Competition is an annual event in which students from around the world come together in Geneva to argue a hypothetical human rights case.
The Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition is a moot court competition on international human rights law. In 2009, the University of Pretoria Faculty of Law's Centre for Human Rights, with the assistance of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, organised the inaugural edition.

The 14th Nelson Mandela World Human Rights Moot Court Competition will take place in a hybrid format with the preliminary rounds taking place online and the quarter, semi, and final round to take place (conditions permitting) in person at the Palais des Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
