Short Story Competition Rules and Regulations. In order to qualify for this writing contest, all participants must abide by the following rules and guidelines. Please pay close attention to these rules. We will only judge stories that meet our criteria and we do not issue refunds.
2.0 VIDEO SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES. 2.1 Duration of each video submission must be a maximum of 3 minutes (03:00) in length. Video submissions are inclusive of the child’s introduction and creative storytelling. Any submissions that exceed the 3-minute mark will be disqualified.
